On Windows this required .NET Desktop Runtime 6.0.x To be installed.
On Linux Standard .NET Runtime 6.0.x is required to be installed.

The distribution uses a Portable version of the Dot Net Core runtime, and is not platform specific, except for irdb_query, which currently only runs on Windows.

Windows Service - will only run correctly on windows
