Basis of Pricing
The pricing is based on the number of actual users or 'named' users using the system. Due to currency fluctuations and local market conditions, our pricing may be different for different markets so we are not able to publish one global price list here. You however will find that Interactive Reporting is a very cost effective solution in all the markets where it is currently supported.

Pricing Options
We provide two options for Interactive Reporting. The first option is to acquire a once off license fee. The minimum license is for two named users and you can add any number of additional users as you may require in the future.
The other option is to license Interactive Reporting on a subscription basis where you pay a monthly fee for each named user. This may be a good way to spread your investment over a period of time. There is also no minimum period for this option, so this can be a low cost option to use the system, for example, on a pilot basis before rolling it out to a larger audience.

Interactive Reporting Solution Packs
Please refer to the Works With pages to see the business software solutions that have already been mapped to Interactive Reporting. If you are using any of these applications, we can provide the standard 'out of the box' Solution Pack for a nominal fee. This will allow you to quickly get Interactive Reporting up and running with your own data. You can then amend or expand the standard set-up if required.

Where a Solution Pack is not already available and if you don't have the time or resources to do it yourself, we will be happy to help you with this process. We typically do this in one of two ways. You can either send us a test database and tell us what you require, and we will do the mapping for you, or alternatively, you can give us remote access to your test database and we can do the mapping directly on your own in-house system. Please contact us to discuss this process further and typically we will get a trial model up and running as a free of charge service. You can then amend or expand the trial set-up yourselves or engage our services to assist further with this process.
With Interactive Reporting, mapping to your data is an easy process which is done in hours ... not days or weeks which is often the case.
Creating a new Solution Pack
If the mapping is for a packaged software system such as an Accounting or ERP system that is popular in your own market but not yet available from us as a standard Solution Pack, we will be happy to do the mapping for you and only charge a nominal fee for the new Solution Pack.
